HomeWorks Design-Build is a low-volume custom home builder in Madison, Wisconsin. We build homes that we would want to own and live in.
What does that mean exactly?
It means our homes are economical in the broadest sense of the word. They:
- are well-constructed
- are green-built and Wisconsin Energy Star certified
- fit their surroundings and preserve as much site foliage as possible
- look nice and feature high-quality finishes inside and out
- strike a healthy balance between shared and private spaces
- are built with flow, comfort, and practicality in mind
Current project
Our current project is a 4-bedroom home at 601 Tall Pines Way on Madison's far west side. The house features high-efficiency SIP (structural insulated panel) construction, a vaulted living/kitchen space with clerestory windows, a generous first-floor master suite, and a second-floor laundry room.
